A full kitchen awaits you & your party. Spend time relaxing in our private backyard under our palm tree while enjoying the harmonious sounds of the songbirds who visit the flowers.
Mountain bikes allow for quick & easy transportation to the lovely village of Chemuyil and surrounding areas. If you choose to use the bicycles you must be able to and willing to maintain them (ie repair and fill tires). As lovely as it sounds we do not recommend taking them to the beach because there are thorns at the beach that puncture the tires.

Summary: The house is exactly what we needed, everything was there and worked correctly. Very quick access to cinotes, and Chemuyil which had fantastic food. Every night at 8 o’clock A gentleman came by selling sweet bread that was freshly baked having breakfast in the backyard every morning was fabulous. Transit was extremely simple, so we’ve got to see any of the beaches in the ruins at Tulum within 20 minutes. We felt extremely safe and the locals were very hospitable. I would definitely recommend, and would like to go again.
