Due to the COVID 19 situation, the town of North Topsail beach has prohibited short term rentals. This is a long term rental at $850 a month.This is a one bedroom, one bath condo and is available on a weekly basis. 2018 upgrades include new sliding door, new balcony carpet, new TV, new sofa and loveseat, new kitchen flooring, new range/oven, new countertops, new toilet. Freshly painted throughout the living and dining area. It sleeps two in the bedroom, two more in the bunkbeds (children and small people only), two more on the sleeper sofa (also a queen) and one more in the sleeper love seat. Pets are not allowed (no exceptions). Bring your own linens and towels and bathing suit. Wifi is available along with satellite cable for TV. We recommend our place for romantic getaways and for family oriented folks who want to focus on the relaxing ocean views and beachcombing. Fishing is also a great past time.
