Summary: Property was good for the price being asked and the location is close to the airport and downtown. The location is urban without being on the strip, so you can expect large metro city noises and pedestrian traffic in the area. It served the primary purpose of being an affordable stay in with good proximity to the strip, central LV and areas just east of the strip.
