Down the pathway surrounded by palms and tropical landscaping lays a large dock area with room for a 30ft boat and an additional floating dock. Fish right off the dock, enjoy hanging out with the local manatees, go kayaking, or take your boat out on the water to catch up some of the freshest seafood you will ever experience. The first floor has a spacious, open kitchen with all of the amenities you need to cook up your catch of the day and create memories you will never forget. There's plenty of room in the living room for watching a family movie or lounging in the air conditioning after a long day at the beach. The living room opens up to a breezy balcony with views of the pool, canal, and ocean, creating the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. Off the living room are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom – one with a King-sized bed and one with to trundle beds (4 twins), the perfect kids room complete with play kitchen, crafts table, and books. There is also a half bath and a laundry room for your use. Upstairs, the oversized master suite is furnished with a King-sized bed, large ensuite bathroom, office desk (though hopefully you won’t have to work!), and a large balcony overlooking the ocean. Another large, King bedroom with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet in located on the upper level of the home as well. There’s also a great bonus space that includes a game room featuring a wet bar and stocked with board games for kids and parents alike to play. The couch pulls out for additional sleep space and more ocean views are visible from the balcony. This home is the perfect family getaway. Stocked with all the things you need for baby/toddlers (high chair, pack and play, baby gates, toys, books, booster seat, plastic cups/plates/cutlery) to teens (board games, separate hang spaces, outdoor games). Plenty of things to do to keep them busy so parents can relax and have fun too! The storage area downstairs provides an extra fridge and freezer for all your beach and fishing needs. This property has exterior security video cameras. There's plenty of parking out front including two covered spaces and room for your boat trailer so bring the whole family down to experience all that Paradise Cove has to offer. When it's time to go to the beach, Sombrero Beach is less than a 15-minute walk from your home. Sombrero Beach is an ideal spot for diving and fishing, with abundant underwater life. Sombrero Beach has been ranked as one of the best beaches in the Florida Keys and is the perfect place to lose track of time with its array of amenities including an epic playground, picnic pavilions, volleyball courts, restrooms, and showers.
