Relaxing LUXURY getaway! We have made many improvements to our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. It is located on the 5th floor facing the pool deck with Gulf views as well as the lagoon pool, heated pool, hot tub, wading pool/and splash pad(seasonal hours). We provide 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and a beach wagon for you to use during your stay with us. We also have a fully stocked kitchen to include a crock pot and an air fryer. The resort has a sports bar/restaurant (Seasonal hours)with walk up or pool side service and a fun coffee shop (Seasonal hours), a fitness center, playground, access to a full spa for a nice massage, charcoal grills, and more! It's walking distance to the beach or take the complimentary air-conditioned shuttle (Seasonal hours and stops). Please check the Seasonal hours upon arrival once at the facility. This condo is owner managed and we are excited to host you and your family!

Summary: My husband, myself, and our 8 year old son stayed for a week end of March on our first visit to Destin. The unit was exactly as described and is absolutely beautifully decorated and well kept with a gorgeous lagoon pool view. The beds were comfortable and I found everything to be very clean and welcoming! The unit has a washer and dryer in it which is a great bonus! The doors to the balcony have voice notifications on them when opened which was great with a young son, plus they are not easy for a small child to open. We also could not hear noise from the pool area unless we had the doors open which we did many nights and even then the music was enjoyable and shuts down at a reasonable time. Lisa has everything covered including basic supplies for the first few days, beach/pool towels, games, a wagon and necessary beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys, pool float) and is extremely friendly and available if needed during the stay. I did not need her as everything was perfect. We enjoyed access to on site food/drinks, and easy walkability to the beach and nearby restaurants. I will say in response to other reviews I have seen related to the Palms of Destin, there is a short walk to the beach and while it does cross a busy highway there are cross walks and it is completely reasonable to do with a family.The parking garage is clean and secure, right in the fence of the property. Definitely recommend this unit!
