The house is situated with the glorious views of Lake Erie from many locations; we own to the waters edge. We have built concrete stairs for your safety to get down to the water. The back yard offers lots of room and comfortable seating. Come and sit by the fire!
We are also close to small rivers and a bay that you can use for launching canoe or kayak.
There is a wonderful park at the end of the street where the children will love to play. In the winter, over Christmas, there is a fabulous winter wonderland.

Summary: Perfect location on quiet street with lakeview. Great area for evening walks and into downtown Kingsville. Lots of rooms to spread out in. Great hostess provided lots of little extras. 3 levels with a few stairs so not suitable for folks with mobility issues. Would definitely come back again.
