Welcome to this beautiful villa in Son Ferrer, Calvià, located in a perfect environment that combines the tranquility of the countryside with the proximity of the town and the coast. The house has a capacity for 10 people and a private pool.
Outside, you can enjoy a large private chlorine pool 8 meters long by 4 meters wide, with a minimum depth of 1 meter and a maximum of 1.5 meters. In addition, it has an outdoor shower to cool off on the hottest days. The private garden is perfect to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun. There are two porches, one at the main entrance and the other by the pool, two terraces and a balcony with views of the town and the forest. There is also a mobile barbecue, a parasol and 8 sun loungers to enjoy an outdoor meal or simply relax by the pool. The property is fenced and there are close neighbors.
Inside, the house has a spacious living room with a Smart TV and satellite channels, connected to an open dining room and a separate kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The 5 bedrooms are distributed over two floors: on the ground floor, we find a bedroom with two twin beds, while on the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms, with two twin beds too.
