Get away and relax! This larger spacious, fully furnished townhome is located in Wesley Chapel near the Epperson lagoon. The Lagoon is seperate from the my home and they charge a fee to enter the lagoon.
The Lagoon is just a short 7-minute walk to the lagoon where you can enjoy a beautiful resort style beach setting. Sit back and relax on the beach, enjoy the music, swim up bar and the huge outdoor screen tv where you can watch sporting events and movies provided by the Lagoon for your the family to enjoy. Additionally, there is a free communal pool located near my home for you to enjoy for those who want to swim.
The townhome is located just 5-15 minutes from most popular shopping stores, malls, and the Tampa Outlets. With just a 30–60 minute drive, you will find other major Attractions like Clearwater Beach, St. Petersburg Beach, Bush Gardens, Disney, the Tampa Zoo, and the Aquarium for your enjoyment.
The townhome features 10ft high ceilings, plenty of recessed lighting throughout, a kitchen stocked with utensils, a center island with 4 stylist bar stools, a comfortable funished living room near the dining area and sliding glass door that leads to the backyard furnished patio.
The townhome also features a spacious master bedroom that has a full bathroom and a walk-in closet located just off the furnished loft area and laudry room.
There are 2 additional funished bedrooms that share a 2nd full bathroom as well near the upstairs furnished loft.
