Positive: There are two rooms. One is exceptional: it has a view above the city and is very nice decorated. The other room is more practical, a bunch bed, which would maybe family use for their kids. We travelled with three adults, so it was hard to choose who volunteer for the bunch beds :) Parking could be done right in front of the door. Which is usually hard there.
Negative: San Sebastian appears in general a bit overprices within season, but this stay is overpriced. It is a bit of hilly walk to all connections. I haven't seen a cafe near by.
