• When the Southerly wind comes through Sydney Heads it can be windy! Good news, this means that on the beach side it's flat as a pancake. Whether its Manly Cove, or Manly beach you'll always find a spot for a wind free swim.
• Whilst the outdoor entertaining is exclusive to your use, it is open to the neighbours smaller outdoor area and the entrance is shared and the neighbours.
• We have a cozy community of neighbours, and with this must be noise respective.
• Guests have access to exterior locked storage for bikes or other outdoor items.
• Pets upon application - there is a cat next door, so dogs must be cat lovers too!
