Sea the Sunsets in this Perdido Key newly listed condo. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom professionally decorated unit is gorgeous. It features a panoramic view from the 7th floor. This vantage point gives a variety of sights to see. The wraparound balcony overlooks a pool, the marina, the beach, and the Intracoastal and Gulf waters. The condo is newly furnished and well equipped. This unit is at Seaspray a Perdido Resort which hosts 3 pools, a hot tub, a fitness room, tennis, and a pickle ball court.
The marina includes a complimentary boat launch and kayak storage is available. The condo is also convenient to a store and restaurant. Perdido Key is a private beach located in Florida and surrounded by Pensacola Beach, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores. The Key is convenient to attractions like OAWA, Waterville USA, the Naval Aviation Museum, the Wharf, and the World Famous Flora Bama . Our area has some of the best seafood the Gulf has to offer along with the best fishing charters on the coast.
Seaspray has a dedicated beach crossover walk just for the Marina side. As a guest at Seaspray guests have access to all 3 pools at each of the buildings, the hot tub, marina, boat launch, fitness center, and beach access.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.

Summary: It was very nice and looked just like the pictures. I would have loved a choice to stay across the street at Seaspray on the ocean side since you can’t really tell from the description what exactly is going on as far as water access, but the facility was clean and wonderful! The only part I did not like was having to find the office to get and return keys. I forgot to leave them and was headed home actually and had to turn around and then try to remember where the office was! Maybe a lock box like the other places I have been would be a better idea. Also I have never had to pay to park at a place that cost that much for the week! I think they should at least take care of that for you!!! I did appreciate the management letting us in earlier than 4 which seems really too late for check in. How are places getting away with this? Checkins later and check outs earlier. You pay a lot and the first day checkin should be noon and check out as well in my opinion. You feel taken advantage of when things get pushed out of what has been usual at other facilities! We all work hard for a few days of vacation with our loved ones. We save money and we want the time we pay for! Not an entire first day missed bc you have check in at 4 and check out at 10! Hire some more cleaning crew and make your customers want to return! I appreciate the opportunity to take survey. Thank you!
