Furnished and equipped, extra clean 2BD condo with unbelievable views and location. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, yet just minutes to major arterials, public transportation, grocery and restaurants. 15 minutes to Boulder, 25 minutes to Denver, 30 minutes to Denver International Airport. This unit is extra clean with newer furnishings, appliances, and equipment and linens. Just bring your suitcase and move right in! Sorry, no pets or smoking, firm. Check out all of the beautiful pictures. New full size washer dryer. AC, ceiling fan and screen door. Back deck with views and seating plus small front porch. 2 reserved parking spaces right out front plus a large locking storage shed adjacent to the parking for bikes, tools, sports equipment or a extra storage. Neighborhood pool. Trail just outside the back of the unit. Overlooks Boulder County Preserve open space valley with unbelievable views. All rents include all utilities, dedicated high speed wifi and cable TV which is a great convenience to you if you are needing it for a shorter term. We provide starter paper and cleaning supplies for the unit. After that it is the guests responsibility to replenish. Cleaning tools on-site. Cleaning supplies (starter levels also provided). If you prefer, you can have optional bi-weekly or monthly cleaning at $100/clean, please inquire with Host. Long term guests who do not opt for extra cleaning must commit to regular cleaning themselves.
