On the hillside overlooking Myrtos Bay with amazing panoramic view of the Ionian Sea, Villa Teresa is ideal for friends who travel together, couples and families. Easily accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large dining and living room. The House -------------- Villa Teresa is a fully furnished two storey home, with high ceilings and many openings granting ample natural light and fresh air. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large dining room and living room with a fireplace. There is also a spacious covered veranda to sit, relax and sink in the breathtaking view of the whole bay area. On the first floor you find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe plus another large balcony with the same view of the bay. The outside --------------- There is a backyard with covered patio and BBQ grill at the back with direct access through the kitchen if you want to enjoy your meals outside. The whole premises are surrounded by gardens with various flowers and trees some decorative and many bearing fruits which you are welcome to pick and try. Parking ----------- There is a private roofed parking space for one car and enough room in the driveway to park at least another. General Location ---------------------- It is 30' drive from Argostoli, 40' from the airport and 25' from Lixouri in the beautiful small village of Zola. Within walking distance of two stunning beaches, Agia Kiriaki and Vouti, and of course Myrtos being on the other side of the bay at about 15' drive. Guests have access to the whole house, backyard & BBQ, garden and parking space. We will personally welcome you upon arrival and show you around. Of course we will be at your disposal if you ever need us throughout your stay, but keep in mind we are not staying in the village any more so please allow us some time to get there. There is another small apartment rental for 2 people on the premises with access to the backyard, driveway and garden so some interaction with other guests is to be expected. Car considered essential. At the traditional tavern just up by the village square, you will enjoy breakfast, fresh cooked local food, Greek music nights. Nearby, there are fresh fish-taverns, domestic meat serving restaurants, coffee, food and drinks on the beach. Ideal place for sailing or motor cruises, caving, fishing, horse riding, trekking e.t.c. according to your wishes. Ask us for details before arriving, if you are interested and we will get you in touch with them. Villa Teresa is a family friendly resort. However, children should be supervised by an adult, at all times, to avoid accidents while using the stairs, balconies, toilets and garden. The environment is most important for all of us. We have adopted policies of environmental responsibility. We kindly ask our guests to participate to our efforts to save energy, reduce unnecessary laundry services and the consequent environmental impact (water waste, detergent and energy).
