Positive: The room is spacious, cozy with a beautiful sight of the ocean near by. Private, separate kitchen, large private bathroom, a lovely home away from home. Perfect for me travelling solo. I felt safe.
Negative: The furniture in my view is out dated but didn't stop me from feeling comfortable.
Summary: I would enjoy this space again in the future.
