Positive: The panoramic view is an amazing feature of the house! any time of day / night and any kind of weather - it's been breathtaking experience. equipped, easy to access by car with possibility to park just next to the gate. cute flowers and birds accompaniating, spacious terraces.
Negative: new coffee machine would be nice. Also a lot of catterpillars in the house.
Summary: Panoramic view worth climbing :-)
