1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, first story Condo/Studio directly on the beach, freshly painted with New Ductless Mini-Split AC/Heat system. Shaded deck area and large patio to enjoy the best sunsets on Anna Maria Island. Seat in your porch and enjoy Florida's native vegetation that surrounds our property including protected Sea Oates and if you are lucky a turtle nest. Two chase lounges are provided for your sun bathing enjoyment as well as patio furniture for your deck consisting of a table and 4 chairs.
Studio/apt. has been updated with all new Stainless Steel kitchen appliances , kitchen cabinets, cooking essentials and a flat screen TV. The unit sleeps up to 6. guests. There is a queen bed in the bedroom which is separated from the family room by a new accordion door where there are 2 sofa beds with comfortable hybrid mattress. There is small 8x20 heated pool on site. A charcoal and a gas grill is available in the BBQ/patio area for your cooking enjoyment. Charcoal and fuel are NOT PROVIDED. A new custom made double SS charcoal BBQ grill has been added for your cooking enjoyment. This unit has LOW CEILING and is not recommended for guests taller than 6'1" -6'2.( VRBO # 552126 is recommended as it has Cathedral Ceiling).This unit has parking for ONLY ONE CAR. WIFI. enabled. Everything you need for a perfect beach vacation!!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would book again. It was the week after labor day and it was empty on the island and at this rental also which meant ir was quiet and no traffic to deal with. My only mentionably item would be the mini split AC unit was frozen solid upon our arrival, which led me to open the cover inside and see ir was completely full of black mold and ice. I had to turn it off daily for half the day to let it defrost and then turn it back on at night to be able to sleep. I would expect it to be better maintained for the price we paid to stay and AC in Florida is a basic expectation to meet. Otherwise loved the place.
