Summary: My wife and I have been taking our two (now adult) children on annual vacation for the past 15 years. We've been fortunate to travel all over the world, and yet I can honestly write that Wendy was hands-down the most responsive and kind host we've ever worked with. Quick to respond to all my questions, always had solutions to whatever I was looking for, and clearly went "above and beyond" relative to some of my requests. The unit was every bit as good as advertised, completely clean, and fantastic views of the mountains. The location of the unit itself couldn't be any better. Walking distance to all the downtown stores and restaurants made it easy for some of us to take the truck hiking while others could shop and dine. Even the walk to/from downtown was gorgeous. Couldn't be more complimentary of our stay. As the world is a big place with much left to explore I doubt we'll be back to Banff again, but if we ever do we'd 100% stay in this unit courtesy of Wendy!
