WELCOME TO PANDANUS HOUSE
Bring the whole family to this comfortable home with lots of room for fun and relaxation. Centrally located in Buderim, close to Mooloolaba beach, Maroochy River, Buderim village and with quick access to the Bruce Highway. The house has 3 generous bedrooms, a large deck with views, a huge entertaining kitchen and dining area, and two separate living areas for the adults and kids to spread out.
The space
With multiple living areas and a large deck area you can spread out and totally relax. Make a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy on the balcony surrounded by the sounds of birds in the bushland. Should you need to catch up on some work there is fast broadband and plenty of spaces to set up your laptop. Well-equipped for families, couples, or singles. A portacot is available and a highchair, bath and children's plates and cutlery are also included.
- The main bedroom has a Queen bed and ensuite that opens onto the huge deck overlooking bushland.
- The second bedroom has a Queen bed.
- The third bedroom has 2 single beds. A cot can also be provided for babies.
- The main bathroom has a large walk in shower and huge free standing bath that fits all the kids! Twin basins and large linen cupboard that holds towels and cleaning equipment.
- There is a separate toilet next to the laundry. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
- A huge kitchen entertaining kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal or simply make a fresh coffee and ease into your morning.
- The living room off the kitchen has 2 lounge settings surrounding the fireplace. Perfect in the cooler months to sit around with your family and friends while playing cards, catching up and enjoying some quality time.
- The living room off the dining room is perfectly positioned away from the bedrooms and has a large Sony smart TV and sound bar for movie night. You will be able to connect to all of your streaming services during your stay.
