Located one block from the beach on a small private lake. Lake is fresh water with plenty of Bass and Bream. It is a 5 minute walk or you can use the golf cart to go to the beach. Three bedroom two full bath house with large private deck that enjoys a nice evening sea breeze every day. House is equipped with a Laundry room, and fully equipped kitchen. Carousel Grocery Store with beer, wine, liquor and supermarket 0.7 miles, Pier Park 3.8 miles, Thomas Donuts and Ice Cream 0.8 miles. Numerous restaurants nearby.
The golf cart is available at no charge.
Cable TV in each room with HBO and WIFI Netflix
We allow on small dog preferably less than 20 lbs, No Pit Bulls or Pit mixes and no cats
Bass boat and electric motor is available
The Pool is at the house next door and we offer it’s use as a communal pool. The tenants of that house and guests of this house are invited and encouraged to use the pool. Summary: This our our 3rd yr coming here, and it never disappoints us. The house is clean and well kept. The owners are very quick to respond to anything you need. Example the Kuerig Coffee maker quit working, and they were unaware of it, I mentioned it and they literally left and bought a new one that instant. Obviously i was not in a rush for it, just basically wanted them aware of it. They are awesome people I tell ya. It was Fall break for us so the weather was perfect. Lower 70’s. The owners were awesome they turned on there pool heater just so my kids could swim in there pool. To be honest I could go on about how good the house and owners are. But I think the 3 trips should speak for themselves. That is why we make this trip a yearly thing. Next yr will be our fourth yr staying at there house, and already looking forward to another great visit. Thank you Barb and Stewart for always making our stay the best.
