If you’re looking to enjoy beautiful Panama City Beach but want to avoid the crowded beaches and bumper-to-bumper traffic, Summer Tide is the perfect place for you and your family! Summer Tide is a newly renovated and redecorated Panama City Beach house located just one short block from the beach and features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a private pool. The house is about 700 feet away from the beach, a quick 2-minute walk. Our beach is less crowded but still close enough to the action and all that Panama City Beach has to offer. Located on the quiet west-end of Panama City Beach on Laguna Beach, the area is mostly residential - no high-rises and mostly full time residents. Freshly painted and sparkling clean, Summer Tide has been updated with comfortable new furniture, kitchen appliances, full-size washer & dryer, smart TVs in living room & all bedrooms, new mattresses, bed & bath linens, in-ground swimming pool, and décor crafted by local artisans. On the main level, you will find 2 king bedrooms with comfy mattresses and 2 full bathrooms. This level also includes the kitchen with plenty of storage, new appliances (large & small), and everything you might possibly need to prepare a great meal for your family & friends. Just off the kitchen is the dining room featuring a large, hand-made farm table with seating for 8 that was crafted by a local artisan. There is also a “nook” in the dining area that provides seating for 4 additional people. The spacious living room has 2 comfortable sofas (one is a queen sleeper), a chaise, a large screen smart TV, and views of the pool area. Patio doors from the living room lead out to the covered patio and privacy-fenced pool area – a true backyard oasis! The kidney-shaped pool even has a small sun shelf for lounging in and out of the water. There is a large picnic table and additional seating on the patio as well as chaise lounges and chairs to use around the pool, and a large charcoal grill for your convenience. There are 6 comfy beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a cooler, and a beach wagon included to haul it all down to the beach. The upper level features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The upstairs master has a queen bed and a huge screened in back deck overlooking the pool. The 2nd upstairs bedroom is perfect for kids - a queen bed + a full-size bunk bed (sleeps 6). Both bedrooms upstairs have private bathrooms. We are located within easy walking distance (1 mile west) of famous Thomas Donuts and The Carousal Supermarket which has a full selection of groceries, produce, liquor store, and a great wine selection. It’s a short drive to everything else Panama City Beach has to offer including Pier Park, dining, shopping, beach bars, boating, golf, tourist attractions, and a variety of activities. 6-person golf cart available for additional fee. Responsible (signing) party must be staying at the home for the length of the rental period. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations without refund. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.
