For years, Palms of Dune Allen has been a hidden gem on 30A. This 24-unit, 3-story condominium complex offers a unique opportunity to rent a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Gulf-front unit in a well-maintained setting. Located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, Palms of Dune Allen is within walking distance to Gulf Place, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, The Vue, Stinkys, and many other fantastic restaurants and boutiques. It is conveniently situated 6 miles east of Sandestin, 2 miles west of Grayton Beach, and 6.5 miles west of Seaside.
The complex is situated on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, offering easy access to the white sand beach via a walkway without crossing any streets or requiring a car. It also features a private beach access that's secured with a locking gate.
Unit 202, located on the second floor of the gated complex has been completely renovated in 2022! It includes 2 parking spots, which parking is on a first come first serve basis. (Note; golf carts are NOT allowed at the complex). Access to an elevator is seconds away or you can conveniently take the stairs to the second floor. Offered for the first time to guests, this condo has been meticulously maintained by the owners. It is elegantly furnished, boasting a king-size bed in both the primary and secondary bedrooms, and (2) Twin over Queen bunk beds in the third bedroom. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom. The living/dining area is spacious and open, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that open to a private balcony, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The pool is an excellent place to unwind, with luxury chairs, chaise lounges, tables, and umbrellas. The pool is heated during the cooler months. The Palms of Dune Allen is the perfect vacation spot for all ages, whether guests are looking for a quiet, luxurious getaway or an ultra-convenient place to bring their families. Pool is heated by HOA discretion October-April. (Note; for beach front seating, you will rent equipment from the contracted vendor on sight. Personal chairs, umbrellas and canopies are allowed to be set up behind vendor seating).
