Positive: Location was great. Very close to Wailea beach, Shops at Wailea, Kihei businesses. Unit was very roomy and had most things we needed. Had air conditioning as well.
Negative: We were checking in after hours and didn't get a response to how we would get into unit until day before arrival. Some confusion as to which unit we were to check into. All got resolved but I would have preferred knowing in advance rather than last minute. Our unit was next to the pool - great if you want easy access but a bit noisy at times and everyone walked past your lanai.
Summary: Great place for a vacation that gives you more space and flexibility than a hotel.
