Positive: Bathrooms and kitchen were updated, as were decorations on the walls. The view was beautiful, and you are very close to the pool and beach. There is easy access, and there are a lot of beds/sleeping places for the money. The closets were great use with dressers inside. TVs in all rooms is nice, and the use of the space on the porch was great. The washer and dryer work well and are convenient.
Negative: The local cleaning crew leaves much to be desired. Dishes were put up dirty, ants and sand still all around, beautiful view was obstructed by the nasty, smeared windows and sliding glass door that didn’t get cleaned. There was ketchup and glass rings still on the table. Ants kept getting on all our food and in our bedrooms. They did refund $29, which doesn’t do much. If you can’t get in until 4, make sure it is clean. Cheap blinds were broken and wouldn’t close, so light was filling the back bedroom. Master bedroom needs a new mattress, back bedroom is HOT, and there is barely any light in the bunk room.
