The space
This main-level unit and Pikes Peak mountain view front yard patio & firepit area have everything you need for a wonderful stay! You will have the entire main-level unit of the duplex with a private front entrance, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a pull-out sofa bed, and a kitchen/dining area right off of the living room. Enjoy the newly remodeled feel while being close to the numerous sightseeing areas and other attractions Colorado Springs has to offer!
✅ Enter through the front door and be welcomed by the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen.
✅ Your spacious living room has a 58” Smart TV with built-in Wi-Fi so you can pick up streaming from where you left off at home. It also has a “Full” size pull-out sofa bed for that 4th available bed.
✅ Your dining room area has an expandable table, with 6-chairs and a pull-up stool for extra seating located by the front door.
✅ Your kitchen is fully loaded with a full-sized fridge, stove w/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, cookware, pots & pans, plates & bowls, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee cups, cooking spices, and a Keurig Coffee Maker with Provided Coffee Pods.
✅ The master bedroom has a brand new, California king-sized memory foam bed, a brand new 40” smart TV, a reading chair, a desk workstation, and an iron/ironing board. The second bedroom has a brand new, queen-sized, memory foam bed, a dresser, and a reading chair. The third bedroom has a brand new, queen-sized, memory foam bed, and a large mirror. Rest well during your stay with blackout shades in the bedrooms.
✅ Your sparkling clean full bathroom is well stocked with large towels, toilet paper, kleenex, and Aveda brand Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash (If you forget yours, or just want to try it out)! We also provide feminine products, face wipes, and a hairdryer.
✅ We provide a high-chair and pack-n-play for your trip so you don’t have to worry about bringing one for your little travelers! We also have children’s books, utensils/dishware, and a few board games.
✅ Gather around the private front yard patio and propane fire-pit area to enjoy views of the Pikes Peak Mountain range and fire up the propane Weber grill.
Guest access
You have access to the entire main level unit of the house with a private entrance (through the front door). Our house is set up like a duplex and the second unit of the duplex downstairs has its own separate entrance and private backyard. The adjoining door that is visual on the main level that connects the duplex units remains locked at all times with bolt locks on both sides, for extra peace of mind. You don’t need to worry about sharing any privacy during your stay.
Both units are being rented out to guests, so please be respectful of the other quests and be noise conscious during your stay.
