Entering the flat from the rear of the grand Victorian property down a short flight of steps into a hall.
To the left is a new shower room and toilet plus small store room for your baggage. Round to the right leads down to the living space.
On the right a comfortable living room and dining room. With TV, games console and my small but eclectic record collection for you to discover. Please respect these records as they damage easily.
On the left the double bedroom with new en-suite.
Between these two rooms is the small but well-appointed kitchen.
Outside there is a sunny gravelled area with a bistro table and chairs (kept inside the storeroom) for eating outside if desired. This is accessed through a gate and outside the dining room window.

LOCATION:
Located in the popular seaside town of Ryde with its host of vibrant shops, bars, restaurants and cafés, it’s just a short stroll over the road to the beach, where the vast stretches of sand offer you fantastic views across the Solent to Portsmouth. Here, the landmark Spinnaker Tower forms an impressive backdrop. Along the promenade, you will find tennis courts, ten pin bowling, a fun fair, canoe lake and a swimming pool, providing plenty to do within the local area. You can also enjoy the scenic coastal walks, go sailing, fishing, horse riding, golf or even go-karting, all of which are easily accessible from the property.
Ryde is known as the gateway to the island as it can be easily reached within just two hours directly from London Waterloo via train, which connects with the island’s catamaran and hovercraft services via Portsmouth and Southsea. Mainland motorways also connect directly with car ferry ports located at nearby Fishbourne or East Cowes.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES / SERVICES:
PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £150 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed prior with the owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
