Palm Villa is a delightful bungalow annex that is attached to the owners main home but benefits from private off road parking, garden, and entrance. There is a lounge / dining room with sea glimpses from the window. The bedrooms are well equipped with plenty of storage. Outside there is a sun trap of a private patio garden with an outside shower to rinse the salt and sand off when returning from the beach and a masonry barbecue to make the most of the warm Cornish evenings.
This comfortable, dog friendly, holiday bungalow is a short walk from Widemouth Bay. This fantastic beach has a vast expanse of golden sands at low tide and many rock pools to explore. The surf is often outstanding, the sun hits the beach for most of the day and the sunsets over the sea are simply magical. Three miles to the north is Bude, a vibrant, bustling little tourist town with a wealth of restaurants and amenities.
Accommodation
Ground Floor: Door opens into the entrance porch with further door into the hall. Further doors from here lead to; Lounge/dining room with comfortable sofas, dining table, TV and DVD player. Master bedroom with 4'6" double bed and storage units. Twin bedroom with storage. Family bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and hand basin. Kitchen with fitted units and French doors leading to the private patio garden.
External: Private enclosed patio area with external furniture and masonry barbecue. Outside shower with hanging facilities for wetsuits to dry. Off road parking for 1 car, on street parking nearby for any extra vehicles. There is also secure storage available for bikes etc.
Facilities & Services
Heating is via oil central heating. The kitchen has a range of modern units with an electric cooker & hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. WiFi is available at the property. There is an iron and ironing board. There is a high chair and cot available, upon request.
Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included but you must bring your own beach towels. There is off street parking. We regret no smoking is permitted within the property. Up to 2, well behaved, medium sized dogs are accepted at the small additional cost of £25 per dog per week. Please note, dogs may not be left unattended in the property.
