Situated close to downtown St. Pete (DTSDP) with all the museums and cultural events, this home is perfect for a family get away or friends reunion. The front porch invites guests to sit and read a good book or to enter the spacious living room to continue the conversation. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa and a 60" Samsung 4K TV placed over the fireplace mantel. The living room flows into the dining room allowing you to have a larger conversation or you can have smaller conversations on the couch. The bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom providing the privacy of an ensuite bathroom for both bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a TV with Roku Express.
The kitchen has everything you need to host a celebration or to create a simple meal at "home".

Summary: Second time playing at the palm tree, and we really enjoyed the spaciousness, the well-equipped kitchen, TVs in the bedrooms and living room, with a comfy couch and great heat/air conditioning. Also, very quiet which is super important to me. And excellent hosts
