Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space! Newly renovated inside and outside 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is part of a small 6 unit community! Located 10 minutes away from Englewood beach, 15 minutes away from Boca Grande and Placida.
Condo is set up to sleep 4 comfortably. Master bedroom has King bed, walk in closet, smart TV, access to screened in patio and an ensuite with tub/shower combo.
Second bedroom has two twin beds and a walk in closet.
Guest bath is right off the kitchen and next to twin bedroom. Washer and dryer are behind a bifold door next to the bathroom.
Small dining area is located near kitchen and front door.
Living room showcases vaulted ceilings, large smart TV and a large sliding door onto the screened in patio.
Entire unit is tile and luxury vinyl plank. Kitchen is set up with everything you might need to make your meals and enjoy them in the dining area.
Large heated swimming pool is located towards the back on the building and is shared by all six units. Large BBQ grill is on a small platform right next to the pool.
