INDOOR LIVING: a flat-screen Roku TV, gas fireplace, dining table, ceiling fans, 4 desks (perfect for remote work!), lots of board games

The city of Palm Desert requires that all dogs be on a LEASH whenever they are outside, except in the City’s Dog Park. Also, we expect everyone to pick up after their pet.
