Summary: We made a last minute trip to Sarasota for Spring Break and work trip combination. Do your due diligence. Because of the hurricane and older building updates there is a lot of construction/reconstruction. Ask! We didn't, BUT when we expressed our disappointment they were able to give us a different unit, and it was great. I recommend staying bayside if you want a quieter experience and more privacy. The owner was very responsive and we were impressed by his quick assistance in finding a solution. All in all, a great experience.
