Welcome to unit 605 at Palazzo. While staying here you will find that this is one of the nicest decorated condos on the beach. Unit 605 has everything you will need for a great vacation!! All you will need is a cooler and some sunblock because even the beach chairs are free. That’s just a $40.00 a day savings, maybe even enough to buy lunch or dinner at Pier Park which is less than a mile down the street.

Palazzo has also installed a parking Kiosk machine. You will be sent a link to register your car and pay a one time fee of $40.00. I will send this link out one wk prior to your arrival date.

While sitting on the large balcony you will enjoy the best gulf and sunset views at the new Palazzo Condominium Resort, which is located on the much desirable west end of Panama City Beach. You are also just steps from the front door to the beautiful white sandy beaches and crystal clear emerald Gulf waters. Every room at this resort is beach front. Palazzo offers an impressive array of Gulf front amenities such as: an elevated tropical gulf front pool and spa, fitness facility, meeting space and covered gulf side parking.
Now about the room: Our family just purchased this unit from the original owner. All I can say is WOW. Clean and Clean with great modern decorations. This unit is equipped with more than what a normal rental unit requires. We want our guest to have all they need for a great vacation and come back and stay yr after yr. Just installed a new RECLINER also. Sometimes a nap is in order while taking a break. Palazzo unit 605 has many additional amenities: 1026 sq ft of living space – the largest floor plan on the beach for this number of bedrooms. 9 ft ceilings with sliding balcony doors that reach from FLOOR to CEILING and stretch the entire width of the condo.
Living area: Beautifully decorated, super comfortable couch that pulls out to a queen bed. Very nice chairs to sit and watch the 47” TV with all the cable channels and two HBO’s. Extra large dinning room table with 6 chairs.
Kitchen area: has the upgraded extra thick granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with everything you will need including blender, coffee pot, microwave, and toaster.
Sleeping area: Master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and full bathroom with bathtub/shower. Master also has flat screen TV/built in DVD player on wall.
No bunk beds in the hallway, we have a separate bedroom with bunk beds going into the second bathroom with extra large stand up shower. There is also a flat screen TV/built in DVD player on wall.
Balcony: 17 ft of enormous space to view the dolphins swim by in the crystal clear emerald waters. Enough sitting for everyone – 4 cushion chairs with table and 2 chaise loungers. Don’t forget about the great sunsets from this 6th floor balcony also.
Free stuff: This unit offers free Beach Chair Service which includes two padded lounge chairs with umbrella. Free Wi-Fi. Free long distance on the phones to US/Canada. All the cable channels and 2 HBO channels and stackable washer/dryer in hallway laundry room.
Parking: Very convenient, parking is even gulf front. The first 4 floors of the bldg are parking. You just walk over to one of the 3 high speed elevators and go to the 6th floor. Our unit is right off of the elevators. No parking across the street and hauling all your stuff across the street or catwalk like most condos in the area. Wait time for the elevators is NONE or maybe seconds. Some of the high-rises the wait time can be up to 15 minutes I have been told. What a hassle. No sense bringing you floats to the room, just get them on the way to the beach every morning and put them back up at the end of the day.
Palazzo is such a wonderful building. It is upscale and only has 129 units, which means 'no crowds'. The parking is very convenient too. The first 4 floors of the building are parking. You just walk over to one of the 3 elevators and go to the 6th floor. Palazzo offers an impressive array of Gulf front amenities such as: an elevated tropical gulf front pool and spa, fitness facility, meeting space and covered Gulf side parking. Each unit has a large, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, washer/dryer and very private balconies with endless Gulf front views. Palazzo Condominiums is near restaurants, nightlife and located just down the street from Pier Park and Frank Brown Recreation Center!
