PALAZZO DEGLI OLIVI is an ancient Baroque building with Art Nouveau elements. The three residential floors of the building, connected by an internal staircase, have independent entrances and services, so it is possible to experience the "PALAZZO DEGLI OLIVI" both as a single dwelling, full of air and light, with seven bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, five balconies and two large terraces, both as five independent units (for three, two, five, four and two more respectively). The restoration was conservative and ecological: all floors and walls are in Modica stone and all rooms have ceiling fan blades to allow natural and healthy cooling, limiting the use of air conditioners, also present.
