Positive: Good location. For a self-check in the process was quite easy but need to read beforehand to find property as not signposted.
Negative: No staff presence at all, self check in all done yourself. Bed very uncomfortable and strange layout with individual bedrooms arranged around a conjoined lobby. Narrow stairs if have lots of luggage.
Summary: If looking for a no fuss self-check in room then ideal as location perfect for travelling Venice
