Positive: Everything was modern and new with thoughtful touches like water, Twinnings tea selection, coffee pods, Nespresso machine, small drinks fridge. Gorgeous smelling bath products too. Electronic key card, great air-conditioning. We had room 100 which was great because it was on the ground floor and no step entry. Early check-in was greatly appreciated and also luggage hold was offered if needed. Quiet street. Highly recommended
Negative: Kettles need to be checked for cleanliness as they're probably not used often.
