The space
"Casa Brentano" is located over three levels measuring approximately 350m2 and has been designed with luxury, comfort and elegance in mind. The home boasts private majestic garden with 180 degree majestic lake and garden views. Relax under the portico with ample living space where you can enjoy luxurious outside living and enjoy the lake breeze that gently passes on a long hot summer day.
The main part of the home is located on the ground garden entry level features ample living space, three double bedrooms and four bathrooms, purpose built kitchen with all mod cons and a separate dining area plus an additional room for enjoying an apertif as well as ample space in the private garden to dine alfresco whilst your indulge yourself in that view.
Rates are quoted based on 5 bedrooms sleeping 10 guests (please ask fora quote for larger groups up to 13 guests- single day bed and family room for 2 further guests on the first floor with ensuite bathroom)
Included in the rate are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms situated over two levels ( plus for up to 3 further guests) a further single room, kitchen corner and bathroom downstairs and a family ensuite room for 2 further guests with ensuite bathroom.
Please ask for a quote if requiring to use the 6th or 7th bedroom.
The garden level features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
GARDEN LEVEL
Three bedrooms and four bathrooms are located on the entry level.
1. Double bedroom ensuite and shower.
Bathroom with shower and wc off the living room.
2. Double room with bathroom conveniently located opposite with whirlpool bath and overhead shower attachment. Choose from a relaxing soak in the bath or a refreshing shower.
3. Double room with 4 poster bed and bathroom located a few steps away off the corridor with shower and wc.
FIRST/TOP FLOOR
Three further bedrooms on the first floor enjoying lake views plus an additional bathroom (sleeping 4-6 guests including the family room)
The upstairs level is accessible via internal or external stairs a further lake view terrace balcony is available to take in the panoramic lake and mountain view.
Featuring a double room leading to a further separate double ensuite bedroom which in turn leads to a third double bedroom which features a suite, kitchen corner and ensuite bathroom. This room can be accessed via internal stairs via the family room or privately via external stairs.
All first floor bedrooms enjoy access to the adjoining lake view terrace/balcony ideal for breakfast looking at the lake or to watch the sunset with a cocktail in hand!

Highlights of this beautifully appointed home include a classic portico with lounge chairs and heater to sit back and take in the memorable lake and garden views, a gym / steam sauna room with steam shower and a club room with TV / w-lan.
Plus (new for 2023) we have added a play room with billiard table plus table football located in ground beneath the garden level.
The home has been beautifully designed and planned throughout with a keen architectural eye for detail from the baroque fountain's outside and inside to the marble floor and ancient parquet flooring.
The house is comfortable for large groups or families as preferred or utilised as one large private home. The property measures 240 sqm2 at the garden level and 115m2 on the terrace level where further accommodation for up to 6 guests is located.
Originally this historic palazzo was owned by the noble family clan of the Brentano's who lived in this palazzo for some hundred years. Within the home you can find emblems in the house and on top of the fountain. garden which gives you a real essence of the spirit of the house.
The villa, which forms part of the residence, is ideally located to take in the warm climate basking in the sunshine overlooking the lake, mountains and village of Mezzegra.
The main villa downstairs boasts a feature portico where you can enjoy the breeze from the lakeside and enjoy the view and outside living during the day or gaze at the stars at night. The beautiful private garden offers ample space to relax, take in the sun on the luxury loungers or to enjoy a lazy alfresco lunch.
Steps take you to the rest of the residence where you can enjoy use of the pool and tennis court in summer, open to all guests here of the residence.

Guest has access to the whole home plus use of the shared tennis court and pool available to all guests at this residence. Neighbouring home has access to the external gate only to access their home next door. Your garden and balcony terrace are all private for use of this private house only.
