Positive: The breakfast was good, however some things like the doughnuts and round cakes were a little bit hard, they did have omlettes, fresh fruits and yoghurt which was good. The restaurant area was nicely designed and cool with AC on. Staff seemed friendly. The riad itself is beautiful especially at night and in great location, only 5/6 min walk to Jema el Fina.
Negative: We had some problems with the electricity suddenly going off especially towards the evening and night,every 5/10min it would go off then after another 5/10 min it would suddenly come on. And the AC would make a loud noise automatically everytime is went and came back on. I stayed at this riad 3 days and emailed beforehand to please give me a quiet room, but it was so noisy could hear cars, transport and people talking outside all night. Also there wasn't a mini fridge, this I felt was essential especially in 40 degrees weather, I needed cold water and cold drinks. And there was not a bin in the room either I had to ask the cleaning lady to give big plastic bag for rubbish.
