Premium vacation home in the Shorebirds community of Pajaro Dunes Resort. Top Floor 3 bedroom condominium with rustic charm and all the comforts of home & just steps away from the beach! Our home is currently being remodeled but hope to share photos soon! There's a 42 inch Flat Screen in the Living Room! Propane BBQ on the outside deck for grilling. Facing Santa Cruz, this home is perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets. Our home has comfy bedding - in our master bedroom, king suite with views of the Monterey Bay ocean. Our guest bedroom has a Queen size bed with high vaulted ceilings and the Third Bedroom is the kids room with 2 sets of bunk beds - the kids room has a little TV with VHS player to pop in a favorite Disney movie at night, after a long day on the beach! (Our Property Management Company, Pajaro Dunes Resort has VHS & DVDs to borrow - just ask the Front Desk team when you check in.)

Summary: The location was very nice. The unit we stayed in had a well stocked kitchen. We were disappointed by the stained carpet and the lack of shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. We've stayed in many nice places, for the price of our stay, we expected more. It's the little things that add to the experience of the stay.
