Beautiful five-bedroom modern-design home in central Paihia with stunning sea views. Open plan living, and outdoor entertaining on two decks overlooking the beautiful Bay of Islands. Three bedrooms occupy the top floor, including an ensuite and main bathroom. The Open Plan kitchen, lounge and dining also include a compact built-in laundry. Two bedrooms downstairs and another bathroom and small kitchenette complete the picture. Step outside on either deck and you're entertaining while basking in the sun and wide sea views. Situated in a safe and friendly community of houses on a private road, just a short bush walk to the beach or central Paihia.
