Positive: Great property! The location is perfect. Coffee shops and restaurants are walkable. The unit was comfortable, had a great floor plan and had everything we needed. There was plenty of parking and the neighbors were friendly. Close to golf, hiking, food, shopping and just a short drive to the hot springs.
Negative: The property is in need of a deep clean. The list of things that need attention is plentiful! I reached out to the property contact prior to our arrival with a question. I texted and called when we arrived with a question and also when we departed as instructed and never received a response to any of these communications.
Summary: We love Pagosa! This property is in a great location.
