Unit 1003 is in tower 3, the closest building to beach access! A short walk gets you access to the beautiful Pensacola Beach. Tower 3 is adjacent to the five clay lighted tennis courts and just a 2-3 minute walk to the Lifestyle Center. Each of the five towers at the Portofino Island Resort offer their own large pool and hot tub, along with umbrella tables, chairs, and loungers for sunbathing near the pool.
Inside this condo you will find beautiful gulf views from every angle in every room!! The panoramic views with floor to ceiling windows offer spectacular gulf views. KITCHEN has granite countertops and is fully equipped including a slow cooker, rice cooker and a coffee pot that accommodates coffee grounds or k-cups - just bring your favorite k-cups for the week. DINING has a table for 6 along with 3 bar stools at counter. LIVING ROOM has updated and comfortable seating, a 65” smart TV, black-out drapes and a new queen sleeper sofa with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. MASTER BATHROOM has granite countertops, whirlpool tub, a spacious walk-in shower and a separate private toilet area. Both BEDROOMS have spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, comfortable bedding, black-out drapes, Smart TVs and ample storage for your personal items. The private BALCONY has a panoramic view of both the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Santa Rosa Sound. It is equipped with an electric grill and comfortable seating including bar height seating to view the most amazing sunsets! Also enjoy watching the fireworks directly from the balcony (seasonal).
