The bright and friendly 2-room apartment in the 2. First floor comprises approx. 45 m² and is a Non smoking apartment. The apartment is for max. 2 adults + 1 child up to 17 years equipped and can be easily reached via the stairwell or the elevator. It has a spacious hallway area and a living / dining room with a couch (extra bed for the child 1.30 mx 2.00 m), armchair, coffee table, dining table and a new, very well equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave , Dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender and various kitchen utensils. The technical and entertainment area is complemented by a Smart TV, Blu-ray player, stereo with CD player and USB port, a games collection, a small selection of books and a free Internet connection (WLAN). The spacious and covered balcony (north / west) with seating and parasol invites you to relax and can be reached via the living / dining room. From here you have a view of the countryside, towards the Baltic Sea, where you can enjoy the sound of the waves (of course, with enough wind). The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (hardness 2 and 3, bed area 1.80 m x 2.00 m), adjustable bed bases, bedside tables, a wardrobe, Smart TV and blackout curtains and pleats. The modern and tiled bathroom with toilet, vanity, shower, bathroom furniture and hair dryer offers enough comfort for your holiday. In the living room and bedroom you will also find an insect screen. The parking space is located directly at the house. A lockable communal storage room and bike racks behind the hotel's own parking lot are also available. You can bring 1 pet for an additional charge. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. The well-kept beach house Brandenburg is located in the central village and in direct beach location. Only about 100 meters separate you from the beautiful Baltic Sea promenade and the fine sandy beach. The pier, the amber promenade and the Kurplatz invite you to stroll. Cozy cafés, restaurants and playgrounds for children convey a Mediterranean lifestyle right in front of the backdrop of the beach and the sea. On the Kurplatz, in front of the listed music pavilion, many events and concerts are held throughout the year. Both 2-room apartments are located in the 2nd Upstairs and have a large, covered balcony. They are easily accessible by elevator. Within walking distance at a distance of about 100 m to 500 m are various shops, restaurants, fish smokehouses, the railway station of Rasender Roland and a bus stop. The best friend of man is also taken care of. The manicured dog beach can be reached in about 5 minutes.
