Spread across two levels, the home comfortably accommodates up to six guests in three double bedrooms. The bright and spacious living room is a welcoming hub, complete with two cosy sofas, calming décor with soft touches, and a Smart TV for streaming your favourite shows via Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more – all powered by fast, free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and washing machine, along with a variety of cookware, crockery, glassware, and cutlery. We also provide complimentary tea, coffee, salt, and pepper – so make yourself at home. The adjacent dining area seats up to six, perfect for shared meals or planning your day over a morning coffee.

A beautiful house in a fantastic location! This is the perfect place for couples, professionals or a family to get away.
KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The living area has a ton of natural daylight pouring in and the fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, oven, kettle plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 6 guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and two comfortable sofas, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

There are three bedrooms. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

House Rules – Making Your Stay (and Everyone Else’s) Enjoyable
We want you to have a brilliant stay with us! To help make that happen – and out of respect for our neighbours and the property – we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules:
Smoking
Smoking or vaping isn't allowed indoors. If you’d like to smoke, please use the outdoor patio (if available) and kindly dispose of any cigarette ends or related debris responsibly.
Noise
To keep things peaceful for our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. That means no loud music or parties during these hours.
We’re not the anti-fun police – we want you to have a great time – we just ask for a bit of consideration so everyone can enjoy their evening (and a good night’s sleep!).
Please note: If there’s a call-out due to excessive noise, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
No Pets Allowed.
Check-Out Time - Check-out is by 11am. We kindly ask that you leave on time so we can get everything ready for the next guests. Late check-outs may incur a £50 per hour fee.
Before You Leave - Before heading off, we’d really appreciate it if you could:
Do any washing up
Bag up your rubbish and place it in the appropriate bins
Return keys to the key safe
Switch off all lights
Make sure all windows are closed
Turn down the heating (especially during the winter months)
Not only does this help us prepare for the next guests, but it also helps us do our bit for the environment by saving energy and reducing waste. Every little bit counts – thank you!
Age Policy
The lead guest must be 18 or over. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept bookings from groups where the majority of guests are under this age. If you’re unsure, just get in touch with us before booking.
A Quick Note on Deposits
If any house rules aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
