This brand new home has all the amenities needed for a luxury first class experience.
The living level is a modern open space for eating and entertaining everyone. A modern well appointed kitchen fully equipped with anything you may need, including a butlers area for your cafination needs (or beverages). It works well for our large family as this is our dream home away from home. An 85" tv, expansive comfy couch, plenty of seating for all. Also bluetooth enabled room speakers for your favorite streaming music. Set the mood with a beautiful electric glowing fireplace. Relax on the private wooded balcony with the sofa, chairs and table.
The bedrooms are beautifully furnished including quality matresses for your comfort. Most importantly is that every sleeping area has its own full bath for the ultimate privacy. The 2 master bedrooms and the bunk bed room (or play room) have their own 65" tvs for your viewing or gaming pleasure. The bedroom level master has its own private rear balcony for quiet time or morning coffee. It also includes an office desk and chair for your business online needs.
An added bonus is the loft level that is a multipurpose space for relaxing, playing and sleeping. A sizable table for cards, games or puzzles. An oversized comfy couch with an 85" tv with full surround sound for your theater experience! Between the full sized murphy bed and couch its great for a slumber party. Imagine family members gathering in such an intimate and fun setting. Oh, don't forget the private rear balcony for sun bathing and bird watching!
Outside offers a 2 car private driveway, 3 car garage, a rear patio with sitting walls, and shower. Use our grill for a wonderfull barbeque or enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire pit (bring your wood). An outside shower is available for rinsing yourself or your toys when you return from a great day at the beach.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Bring your own linens, towels and toiletries or ask us to provide a linen and/or towel package for a rental fee from a 3rd party.
There is a cleaning fee for a standard cleaning, however, this assumes that the house has been generally cleaned and upkept during your stay. If a deep clean is required an additional fee will be required. To avoid this extra fee please, vacuum, sweep or mop (whatever necessary), wipe down surfaces, and return everything to its original state. This is our home too, please return the home in the condition it was provided to you.
Damages are the full responsibility of the tenant, so please be carefull.
There is free wireless and a basic Xfinity viewing package. If there is specific viewing content you desire please bring your streaming devices to connect via bluetooth or internet. We have a guest book, please provide us feedback as we would like to improve your experience hopefully for your next stay. Summary: This home was beautiful from top to bottom. Plenty of space and privacy. Clean and new. Minutes from everything, shopping beach boardwalk etc. Luxurious and top notch. I don't ever want to stay any where else when I visit Rehoboth. neighborhood is safe and pristine.
