Summary: This place was in the middle of a neighborhood with barking dogs (all night.). The AC would only work for short periods of time, and there was no toilet seat. The bed was comfortable, and the room relatively clean. Shower was warm. The receptionist couldn’t find my paid for reservation, and I had to pay for the room, again!
