Owl Barn is a luxury oak framed barn conversion set out on two floors. The ground floor is perfect for guests who need somewhere more accessible due to the open-plan lay-out and wet rooms adjacent to both bedrooms. There are 2 sitting rooms, one on the ground floor with 55” Smart TV and Bose Sound Bar, and the other on the first floor with 42” Smart TV. Super fast fibre broadband has also been installed in the property and if you have to work whilst away, there is a charming study where you can concentrate in peace for an hour or two. This charming barn provides the perfect base to explore the Oxfordshire countryside with walks, cosy pubs or culture and shopping with nearby Oxford only 15 minutes away. Sample the gardens and gastronomy at the impressive Belmond Le Manoir au Quat’Saisons which is close by. The floors on both levels feature underfloor heating keeping your feet toasty on those cold winter days. The open plan-kitchen and dining area have been thoughtfully fitted out with everything you need including oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cookware, crockery and cutlery to make the most of your stay. The lovely farmhouse kitchen table in the dining area comfortably seats 10 people so is ideal for friends or family who want to have a fun get-together. The utility room features a further oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer in addition to a washing machine and tumble drier. The five beautiful king-sized bedrooms all have ensuite wet rooms (ground floor) and shower rooms (first floor) making Owl Barn ideal for up to five couples, a small group of friends or even a family retreat. Please note we do not accept young children; children over 16 years of age and over are however welcome. Owl Barn is reached via a country track, with its own electric gate, allowing you total privacy. The large garden is secluded and great for social gatherings or to just unwind. This pet friendly barn is a perfect place for you to bring your dog to take advantage of the stunning surrounding countryside. This is one of three barns (Moonlight, Orchard and Owl) situated in the same space and therefore a superb setting for larger get-togethers.
