Positive: Fairly good location. Close to some good restaurants. Good views to the east. There is no noise from any of the other residents.
Negative: The ad said 'large double beds', which usually means queen size beds. These were just double beds. I'm 6ft 3in and had the worst sleep. So much so that we considered checking into the hotel next door. The apartment wasn't completely clean when we arrived. There were half drunk water bottles in one bedroom, and one of the towels hanging in the bathroom was still damp when we arrived.
Summary: Okay apartment with tiny beds.
