This great pond-front house, features large decks and has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Located in Bonnet Shores next to a bird sanctuary, it has gorgeous pond and ocean views. It is well maintained with an open floor plan in the living room/kitchen area, brand new furniture and TV in the living room, and new bedroom mattresses. There are new a/c units in the living room and all three bedrooms. Walk to Kelly Beach or take a short drive to Narragansett Town Beach. Bookings 14 nights or greater: Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25.00 cleaning fee. Guests that book a full month (29 nights or greater) will be charged an additional $50.00 cleaning fee.
