Summary: We stayed for five nights. The first night we had dinner there. I asked the amount so I could pay,but they just told me “ later and just later”. I completely forgot about it after five days. When our last day of our stay there we still talk with the owner but she never mention that we still have balance to pay. The cook meet us and give us a paper to sign and she didn’t say anything. We checked out around 9 am.. We headed to Manila and we receive msg from the cook around 12.30 that if we didn’t pay the amount of our dinner it will be deducted to her salary. I did send the money right away. But what a horrible way to treat the hired help!! she has been working there for 23 years.
