Welcome!! You will be Over the Rainbow when you stay at this luxury vacation rental in the private community of Gulf Pines in Miramar Beach. This duplex home features 6 bedrooms, 6 full baths and 2 half baths. Sleeps 14. Step into the living room of Over the Rainbow A and you are greeted with a spectacular view of the Gulf. This spacious room is furnished with comfortable leather furniture and a flat panel television for your entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a glass tile backsplash, granite countertops and modern cabinetry. The three bedrooms upstairs have 2 King and 1 queen-size beds, private baths and amazing views of the sandy white beaches. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a private bath. There are also two extra built-in bunk beds. Over the Rainbow B offers unobstructed views of the Gulf, grand floor-to-ceiling windows in the spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The dining room can accommodate up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and access to the boardwalk leading to the white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf. The master bathroom has a soaking bathtub, a walk-in shower with an overhead rain shower head and dual vanities. Follow the spiral staircase upstairs and discover two bedrooms with King-size beds and private bathrooms. Each bedroom offers private Gulf views and is equipped with flat screen TVs and plenty of storage. Simply walk out the door, down the steps and sink your toes into the sugar white sand beaches. A Side First floor: Living room, kitchen, dining table, half bath, laundry room, outside deck. 2nd Floor- Sleeps 8 2 King Bedrooms 1 Queen bedroom all with private bath, 1 bunk bed (twin over twin) built in hallway between two king Bedrooms B Side 1st Floor- Sleeps 2 King Master Bedroom w/ Private Bath, Kitchen, Laundry Room, Dining Room, Half Bath 2nd Floor- Sleeps 4 2 King Bedrooms w/ Private Baths The Gulf Pines neighborhood is located between Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Sandestin Golf and Beach resort. This community is minutes from The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, Big Kahuna Water Park and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Beach Service included with all rentals: 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily. Additional service can be purchased through Frangista Beach Properties. (Beach service not provided to monthly rentals.) NO EVENTS/WEDDINGS/RECEPTIONS ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY OR THE COMMUNITY COMMON AREAS. Parking available for up to 6-8 vehicles depending on size. Unfortunately, Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood.
