This 11th floor condo has both panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach that was voted #1 in America in 2011 all at a great price. (Photos are not distorted or touched-up. These are the actual views!) What you see is what you get. You get all the privacy and comfort and serenity that you desire. The 2 bedroom 2 bath split plan provides privacy for multi-generational family vacations or is ideal for 2 couples. The lanai runs the full length of the gulf side of the condo with access from both bedrooms and the living room. View mesmerizing sunsets in total privacy. Only the pelicans flying by can see you.
Condo amenities include: Leather furniture; flat screen TVs with DVD player and cable service; internet access; free local and long distance calling throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico; bed linens and towels; and cookware and dishes. The Crystal Sands condominium community has 2 pools nestled among beautiful lush tropical landscaping. There are 2 separate banks of elevators. The glass elevator offers impressive views of Siesta Key, Sarasota, and the bay. Beach chairs and loungers are provided by the condo association and cabanas are available for rent.
